Reconstruction of one of the most famous hotel in Belgrade.

Among the 247 rooms and suites there will be a variety of types and sizes, all generously furnished to accommodate all kinds of requirements, and complete with amenities in communications and entertainment technology. The hotel will have a selection of bars, cafes and restaurants including a rooftop bar and a la carte restaurant.

Apart from this there will be fully-equipped state-of-the-art Spa and Fitness center. It will feature an indoor Pool, Jacuzzi, and Sauna, Steam bath, Massage & Beauty parlor, Spa treatments and impressive Gym. Extensive shopping facilities will also be available within the hotel, offering a variety of domestic and international brands.

Metropol Palace is designed to include the largest event and meeting space in Belgrade. It will encompass an impressive venue for business conferences, receptions, launches and social events. The Ballrooms can accommodate up to 1000 invitees. The variety of Junior Halls, a Veranda and Al Fresco Open Space can accommodate numerous other events, such as dinners, private parties and meetings.

The hotel will significantly improve the hospitality infrastructure of the city of Belgrade, offering unique facilities that will enable Belgrade to attract important international events. The complete cost of the restoration, including the purchasing price is approx. 70 million EUR, ranking it as one of the largest foreign direct investments in Serbia.

The Hotel will hold five starts, belong to a world famous luxury chain and will be the most luxurious hotel in Belgrade.
