Property and investment fair Belgrade Real Expo - BelRE this year from 05th to 07th November at the Belgrade Fair

The upcoming BelRE Fair, will gather investors, developers, property owners, architects, project managers, consultants, brokers and end users.

Previous year BelRE had more than 90 exbitors form Serbia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Austria, Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, Romania and more than 4500 visitors.

The Fair will, as in previous years, follow the comprehensive conference program. The BelRE conference will discuss about the situation in the real estate market in Serbia and region, about the crisis and how to overcome, funding models, urban planning, urban management, coupled between the public and private capital, and how such projects affect the development of whole cities, etc.. Speak with representatives of institutions, consultants for investment from home and abroad, developers, project managers, representatives of banks, insurance and leasing companies.

Guests and experts from abroad will present their experiences in solving problems of development towns and regions. Already announced guests from Austria, England, Italy and Greece show that the interest in our market is not yet extinct.

On the occasion of the fair fourth edition of the BelRE magazine will be published specialized in real estate and investments in the Balkans. This magazine is bilingual, and except as distributed at BelRE fair, it is present in all major real estate events/fairs in Europe (MIPIM, Expo Real, Real Vienna, RREF in Moscow, etc.).

I ove godine od 05. do 07. novembra na Beogradskom sajmu održaće se sajam nekretnina i investicija Belgrade Real Expo 2009.

Na predstojećem BelRE sajmu, okupiće se investitori, graditelji, vlasnici zemljišta, arhitekte, projektni menadžeri, konsultanti, posrednici u prometu nakretnina i krajnji korisnici.

Prvi BelRE sajam održan je 2006. godine - kada je Beograd proglašen za grad budućnosti južne Evrope, a Srbija dobila status kopredsedavajućeg u OECD-u. Proslogodišnji BelRE je imao preko 90 izlagača iz Srbije, Crne Gore, BiH, Slovenije, Italije, Bugarske, Rumunije, Austrije, Španije, Rusije i preko 4500 posetilaca.

Sajam će, kao i prethodnih godina, pratiti sadržajan konferencijski program. Na BelRE konferenciji razgovaraće se o situaciji na tržištu nekretnina u Srbiji i reginu, o krizi i kako je prevazići, modelima finansiranja, urbanističkom planiranju, urbanom menadžmentu, sprezi između javnog i privatnog kapitala i kako takvi projekti utiču na razvoj celih gradova, itd. Govoriće predstavnici institucija, konsultanti za investicije iz zemlje i inostranstva, graditelji, menadžeri projekata, predstavnici banaka, osiguravajućih i lizing kuća.

Gosti i stručnjaci iz inostranstva predstaviće svoja iskustva u rešavanju problema razvoja gradova i regiona.Već najavljeni gosti iz Austrije, Engleske, Italije i Grčke pokazuju da interesovanje za naše tržište još uvek ne jenjava.

Povodom sajma biće objavljeno i 4. izdanje BelRe magazina koji je specijalizovan za nekretnine i investicije na teritoriji Balkana. Ovaj magazin je dvojezičan i osim što se distribuira na BelRE-u, prisutan je na svim većim sajmovima nekretnina u Evropi (MIPIM; Expo Real, Real Vienna, RREF u Moskvi, itd.).
