While the financial crisis is shaking the market, construction of another residential complex has commenced in the very centre of the city. “Metropolitan apartments’ are located in the broader center of the city and is surrounded by Despota Stefana Stret, Mitropolita Petra Street and Osmana Djikica Street, across the street from Pionir Sports Arena. It is placed in the city centre, but surrounded by parks and the green belt of the sports complex and in the immediate vicinity of the location there are elementary schools, healthcare institutions and major city routes as major parameters of city life.

Metropolitan Apartments consist of four sections with 80 apartments of various structures, eighteen business spaces and an underground garage. The project includes a children’s playground as well as a fitness and wellness center within the building. It will have 7 floors, where the last two will have exclusive duplex units and the net area of this structure will be 14.353 m2.

The investor is Metropolitan project company and the construction of the project has been entrusted to the Monterra d.o.o. company from Belgrade. The estimated date of completion for this complex is December 2010. The pre-sale period has already started, and the exclusive sale and lease agent is company Colliers International.

Iako je kriza teško pogodila sektor gradnje u Beogradu, počela je realizacija još jednog objekta u samom centru grada. Naziv ovog stambenog kompleksa je "Metropolitan Apartmani" i nalazi se na parceli koju okružuju ulice Despota Stefana, Mitropolita Petra i Osmana Đikića, preko puta sportske hale Pionir i Ledene dvorane. Ovaj rezidencijalni komleks i pored pozicije u centru grada okružen je zelenilom parka, a u njegovoj blizini su školske i zdravstvene ustanove kao i važne saobraćajnice.

Metropolitan Apartmani sastoje se od 4 lamele sa 80 stanova različitih struktura (od 40 do 150 kvm), 18 lokala i podzemnog parkinga. Projektom su predviđeni i dečje igralište, fitnes i velnes prostor u okviru zgrade, dok će prostor komercijalnog dela bit ispunjen kafeterijama, restoranima, bankama i drugim sadržajima. Za ovaj projekat najavljen je visok nivo kvaliteta gradnje, izrazita funkcionalnost , savremena tehnička rešenja i kompletan sistem uređenja i održavanja pripadajućih površina kompleksa.

U gradnji kompleksa i stambenih jedinica biće korišćeni najkavlitetniji materijali i tehnička rešenja, uključujući savremene komunikacije, klimatizaciju, grejanje, a vodeći računa o sigurnosti budućih stanara projektom je predviđeno da pristupanje kompleksu i stambenim jedinicama bude uređeno pomoću elektronskih kartica. Kompleks će u celosti biti pokriven i fizičkim i tehničkim obezbeđenjem. U okviru projekta nalazi se 7 spratova od kojih će poslednja dva sadržati ekskluzivne dupleks jedinice. Neto površina celog objekta iznosi 14.353 kvadratnih metara.

Investitor je kompanija Metropolitan Project a gradnja je poverena kompaniji Monterra d.o.o. iz Beograda. Planirani rok završetka izgradnje kompletnog objekta je decembar 2010. Pretprodaja je već počela i vrši se putem kompanije Colliers International, koja je eskluzivni agent za prodaju stanova i iznajmljivanje lokala.
