We are bringing a short photo report from a few construction sites that we visited recently, checking the dynamism and quality of the works. We toured projects in block 11 named ‘VIG Plaza’, then Zealand residential complex in Dedinje, exclusive ‘Park apartments’ and we made our first update of the residential project ‘Metropolitan apartments’

The VIG Plaza in block 11 is making good progress and beside the crisis, investor is following all given deadlines. As most of the concrete construction was finished they have moved on to installing glass façade on the office block of this mixed-use complex. The complex will include 25000 sq/m of office and 6000 sq/m of residential space. The residential part is also awaiting façade works in the coming days.

“Zealand” complex on Dedinje is also meeting deadlines and the construction works are active on both hotel and apartment segment of the building. According to information, the hotel part of the project will slowdown as investor is expecting to reinvest the money gained through sale of the apartments.

We are also presenting our first construction update from the project we presented to our readers quite recently, ‘Metropolitan apartments’.

Donosimo vam kratak izveštaj sa nekoliko gradilišta koja smo obišli proteklih dana, proveravajući dinamiku gradnje i kvalitet izvedenih radova. Posetili smo projekte u bloku 11 - VIG Plaza i stambene apartmane, zatim ‘Zeland’ stambeni kompleks na Dedinju, ekskluzivne 'Kalemegdan park apartmane kod Kalemegdana i napravili smo prvi obilazak novog stambenog projekta pod nazivom ‘Metropolitan apartmani’. Uz ovaj kratak izveštaj prilažemo i najnovije slike sa lica mesta.

Stambeno poslovni objekti u bloku 11 napreduju odličnom dinamikom i pored krize investitor dobro prati zacrtane rokove. Kako su svi betonski radovi završeni, krenulo se na postavljanje fasade na poslovnom objektau VIG Plaza. U okviru ovog bloka će se nalaziti i 16000 kvm stambenog prostora ‘Imperial gradnja apartmani‘ , koji takođe očekuju fasadne radove u narednom periodu.

‘Zeland’ kompleks na Dedinju takođe prati rokove i gradnja napreduje i na hotelskom i na stambenom delu. Prema informacijama koje smo dobili, dalja izgradnja hotelskog dela kompleksa u dobroj meri zavisiće od prodaje stambenih apartmana i sredstava koja će se potom reinvestirati u hotelski deo.
