West End In Belgrade's West

Belgrade’s office real estate market is getting another modern business block in its stock.

It is office and retail complex located in Tosin Bunar as a part of block 60 in New Belgrade. This project consists of two independent 5-storey office buildings with authentic architectural design, gross area of 12.500 sq/m, underground garage of 1500 sq/m and open space parking with 88 places. The completion of the first phase happened in November, while the entire complex will be finished in the beginning of 2010. The investor is company “City Investment” and investment is estimated at 10 million Euros.

Every floor of this business block will be completely flexible in its layout to fit the needs of future clients. This office space will have lowered sealing and installed antistatic floor, which makes the adaptations easy and fast to customize.

The combination of colorful design and glass façade makes a specific contrast of modern design and corporate image of the business world. Interesting round frontal part of the building will have retail space on the ground floor, offering services and making better environment for all employees of this centre. Sales and rent of this space will be managed by CB Richard Ellis Srbija.

Poslovni i komercijalni kompleks "West End" lociran je u Tošinom bunaru, u okviru bloka 60. Ovaj projekat sastoji se od dve nezavisne petospratne poslovne zgrade autentičnog arhitekstonskog rešenja, ukupne bruto površine 12.500 kvadrata, sa podzemnim parking prostorom površine 1.500 kvm i obezbeđenim otvorenim parkingom kapaciteta 88 mesta. Završetak prve faze je prema rečima Investitora "City Investment" okončan u novembru, dok se završetak celokupnog kompleksa očekuje početkom 2010. godine.

Svaki sprat biće podložan izmenama i adaptacijama u zasebne celine prema zahtevima budućih zakupaca. Ono što razlikuje standarde ove poslovne zgrade jeste da se zakupcima u startu nudi prostor sa spuštenim plafonima i podignutim antistatičkim podom, što znatno ubrzava preuređenje prostora po daljim zahtevima klijenata.
