Blackoak Developments is developing the first factory outlet center in Serbia- Belgrade Outlet Shopping Center.

Belgrade Outlet Shopping Center has an extraordinary, highly visible and easily accessible location and lies within 25-minute drive from two major cities in the country.

With total area of 30.000m2 this project will encompass 125 retail units with state of art design, featuring a mix of local, European and International designer, high street and sports brands, a wide range of coffee bars and restaurants, a children’s playground and over 2000 parking spaces. This center is being developed within a far larger mixed use development that will include a more traditional Retail Park, an Office Campus and a business style Hotel.

Belgrade Outlet Shopping Center is set to open by the end of 2010.

The outlet is operated by GVA Outlets, UK-based company specializing in outlet leasing and operation management and leased by Colliers International.

Projekat Belgrade Outlet Shopping Center se nalazi na lokaciji, duž autoputa E75, u opštini Inđija. Lokacija se nalazi na pola puta između Beograda i Novog Sada.

Posetioci će moći kupiti robu evropskih i lokalnih modnih dizajnera, mnogih sportskih brendova a na raspolaganju će im biti i veliki broj kafića i restorana, dečje igralište i parking prostor sa preko 2000 parking mesta. Ukupna površina centra će biti 30,000 m2 i obuhvataće 125 lokala dok će sam centar biti deo mnogo većeg kompleksa mešovite namene koji će obuhvatati big box objekte, poslovni centar i hotel.

Datum otvaranja Belgrade Outlet Shopping Centra je predviđen za kraj 2010.godine.

Upravljanje centrom povereno je GVA Outlets, vodećoj evropskoj kompaniji u oblasti outlet centara. Za ekskluzivno izdavanje centra zadužen je Colliers International, Srbija.
