MIPIM, the international real estate fair was held in Cannes this year, between 16th and 19th march. It's a global exhibition of world's largest investors, retailers, banking institutions, investment funds and media who determine new trends in real estate development. This year, 1.600 expositors are present with their projects and promotion programs, shown in 6 halls. Also, the fair hosted 18.000 participants from over 80 countries, including 2.500 investors. It is a good sign which shows a bright spot in a crisis shaken real estate market.

MIPIM 2010 hosted some of the most influential investors including: Aberdeen Property Investors, AEW Europe, Allianz Real Estate GmbH, Aviva Investors, Axa Real Estate, Behringer Harvard, British Airways Pensions, Canada Life, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, CB Richard Ellis Investors, China Investment Corporation, Commerz Real, Crdeit Suisse, Deka Immobilien, GE Asset Management, Generali Immobiliare, GIC Real Estate Intrenational, Hermes, ING, Kanam Grund, PGGM, Pramerica Real Estate Investors, Qatar Islamic Bank, Rreef, SEB Investement, SITQ, The Blackstone Group, The Carlyle Group, W.P. Carey, and many others. Serbian delegation, among others was consisted of Balkans Realt Estate, Beoland, Mace, Colliers International Serbia and NAI Atrium.

It is our great satisfaction to highlight the supreme cooperation between Beobuild and the MIPIM organizers during the last two years. The adequate presence we have accomplished is reached through trust with the organization team of this globally recognized event.

Beobuild has made it's presence on MIPIM with a Serbian market analysis, published in Europe Real Estate 2010, brought by Real Estate Publishers, also present in Cannes. We feel a great honor and responsibility to present both Belgrade and Serbia in a true way, thus encouraging further real estate development and arrival of new investors.

I ove godine je u Kanu, u periodu od 16.-19. marta održan MIPIM, međunarodni sajam nekretnina. Radi se o internacionalnoj smotri najvećih investitora, ritejlera, bankarskih institucija, investicionih fondova i medija koji određuju nove trendove u razvoju tržišta nekretnina. Ove godine prisutno je bilo oko 1.600 izlagača koji su svoje projekte i promotivne aktivnosti prikazali u 6 hala. Takođe, učestvovalo je oko 18.000 učesnika iz preko 80 zemalja, uključujući i 2.500 investitora. Reč je takođe o dobrom pokazatelju da međunarodno tržište nekretnina polako izlazi iz krize, koja je tokom protekle dve godine dosta usporila investicione tokove.
