A specialized conference event on real estate and investments - REBEC will take place for the third time during 21st and 23rd June 2010. in Belgrade's Continental Hotel.

The real estate market severely hit by the global economic crisis is showing signs of activity, whereas the vast potentials of domestic market are used in a rather small extent. The recently adopted new legislative measures in the field of construction and property matters will open new opportunities and a new chapter of Belgrade and Serbian development. These facts have motivated the organizers to name this year's event symbolically "Time for a new start".

Unlike the past two years, this year REBEC will be split into three interconnected events. Beside the traditional fair and conference segments, the third event is being premiered under the name of "Architect's corner". During three days the organizers will set up 13 discussion panels whose platform enables knowledge and experience exchange within the branch, presentation of accomplishments, market potentials, successful development models, etc.

Specijalizovana sajamsko-konferencijska manifestacija o nekretninama i investicijama REBEC održaće se treći put po redu od 21.-23. juna 2010. u beogradskom hotelu Continental.

Tržište nekretnina teško pogođeno međunarodnom finansijskom krizom ipak pokazuje znake aktivnosti, dok su ogromni potencijali domaćeg tržišta samo u malom delu iskorišćeni. Nedavno usvojene važne zakonske odredbe na polju izgradnje i vlasništva otvoriće nove mogućnosti ali i čitavo novo poglavlje u razvoju Beograda i Srbije. Sve ove činjenice motivisale su organizatora da ovogodišnji slogan događaja simbolično glasi „Vreme je za novi početak“.

U odnosu na prethodne dve godine ovogodišnji REBEC programski je definisan u tri međusobno povezana događaja. Pored tradicionalnog sajamskog i konferencijskog dela, treći program ove godine doživljava svoju premijeru pod nazivom „Arhitektonski ugao”. Tokom tri dana organizator će prirediti ukupno 13 panela – debata čija platforma omogućava razmenu znanja unutar struke, predstvaljanje ostvarenih dostignuća, tržišnih potencijala, uspešnih razvojnih modela i slično.
