
During the last months we had the opportunity to hear announces of several new retail objects across Belgrade, amongst others the new Žarkovo center, Trošarina shopping mall and the project presented to You today. It is a first object of it's kind in Kaluđerica quarter. Considering a mild coverage with commercial and retail objects in this area of Belgrade, such examples present a new business opportunity for the investors, even in the time of crisis and reduced purchasing power of the population.
Beobuild presents You a shopping mall of smaller dimensions, meant to serve Kaluđerica's local population. The planned 10.000 square meters of retail space will host 34 stores, including within a post office, bank, exchange office, home electrics and perfume shops, fashion stores, sports equipment dealers and a "Mercator" supermarket. The customers will also be offered with numerous services, while the garage is planned to provide 90 parking spaces. A children's playground is set to be in front of the complex whereas an OMV petrol station is planned in the closest surrounding. This way, the new center will provide a complete spectrum of services to it's customers, with potentials of becoming a new gathering spot for this area of Belgrade.

Tokom proteklih nekoliko meseci imali smo prilike da čujemo najave izgradnje više maloprodajnih objekata u Beogradu poput novog objekta u Žarkovu, šoping centra na Trošarini ali i projekta koji Vam danas predstavljamo. Reč je o prvom objektu takve vrste u beogradskom naselju Kaluđerica. Ispred šoping centra je planirano postavljanje dečjeg igrališta sa parkovskim elementima, a u blizini centra je planirana i OMV benzinska pumpa. Tako će ceo kompleks davati kompletnu uslugu svim svojim posetiocima, i kao takav pretenduje da bude novi centar okupljanja u ovom delu Beograda.
