Although there aren’t many projects, existing construction sites in New Belgrade are very active and progressing in optimal speed towards given deadlines. Since it’s nearing the end of the year, we made a report from the three largest construction sites in New Belgrade, and also we are bringing you the latest photo report from the building site of the "Old Mill".

The new business center of Raiffeisen Bank, located in block 66a, reached final phases of its construction. On this 21000 sq/m office building they are currently finishing with installation of glass façade panels, so that the work can now be intensified in the interior of the building during the winter. The building follows straight lines lines, a simple rectangular shape, but an interesting two-tone façade is somewhat making it standing out from other similar buildings of this type. The project is worth 30 million Euros and it will be completed early next year.

Falkensteiner hotel on the site in block 11a, near the council building of Novi Beograd municipality, is also making excellent progress. Currently they are casting final floors, which means that almost all of the concrete work on the building will be completed in the coming days. Inside the building workers are setting up the installation, while builders are working on partition walls. The building will have 24,200 square meters, and it is the work of renowned architect Boris Podrecca. The investment is estimated to worth 40 million Euros and the deadline for completion is the second quarter of 2012.

Residential and commercial complex in Block 65 is also progressing, where most of the works on the underground floors is completed and now moving with construction of first above ground level. In places its already possible to see oval edge of the large ground floor windows, which will be dedicated to commercial shops and services. The ground floor of the complex is envisaged to visually resemble parts of the old city, creating a link between functions of the ground floor as commercial space and public spaces between buildings as a pedestrian zone. The complex will be implemented in phases, and it will contain over 500 residential and 100 commercial units. The completion of the first three sections is announced for the end of June next year.

The construction site in place of the former Old Mill is certainly one of the more interesting sites, since the object is under the protection and due to which the investor is obliged to keep the original look of the building. At the time of our visit, the most intensive work are on rebuilding the front of the old mill building, whose façade will be reconstructed to its original look. The works are also progressing on the construction underground floors of two hotel wings on the back of the complex. The deadline for completing the entire project is mid-2013.
Iako je projekata jako malo, aktivna gradilišta na Novom Beogradu su zaista aktivna i projekti napreduju optimalnom brzinom u okviru zadatih rokova. Pošto se bliži kraj godine, napravili smo reportažu sa tri najveća gradilišta na ovoj opštini, a donosimo vam i najnoviji foto izveštaj sa gradilišta “Starog Mlina”.

Nova poslovna centrala banke Raiffaisen, koja se nalazi u bloku 66a, najdalje je stigla u realizaciji. Na ovom poslovnom objektu od 21.000 kvadrata završava se postavljanje staklenih fasadnih panela, tako da će radovi sada tokom zime biti intenzivirani u unutrašnjosti objekta. Zgrada je vrlo svedena u svojim linijama, prostog oblika kvadra, ali zanimljive fasade izrađene od dvobojnih panela koja je pomalo izdvaja od sličnih građevina ovog tipa. Projekat je vredan 30 miliona evra i biće završen početkom naredne godine.

Na gradilištu Falkenstainer hotela u bloku 11a, kod zgrade opštine Novi Beograd, takođe odlično napreduju radovi. Trenutno se liju posednje etaže, čime će u narednim danima biti završeni skoro svi betonski radovi na objektu. U unutrašnjosti objekta se već uveliko postavljaju instalacije, dok zidari rade na postavljanju pregradnih zidova. Zgrada ovog hotela imaće 24.200 kvadrata, a delo je proslavljenog arhitekte Borisa Podreke. Vrednost investicije je procenjena na 40 milona evra, a rok za završetak je druga polovina 2012.

Stambeno poslovni kompleks u bloku 65 takođe napreduje, a završeni su svi radovi na podzemnim etažama i krenulo je livenje zidova prve nadzemne etaže. Na mestima se već naziru ovalne ivice prozora u prizemlju, koje će biti namenjeno komercijalnim sadržajima. Prizemni deo celog kompleksa je osimšljen da prenese duh starog dela grada na Novi Beograd, stvarajući vezu između prizemlja kao prostora za komercijalni sadržaj i javnih površina između objekata kao pešačke zone. Kompleks će biti fazno realizovan, a sadržaće preko 500 stambenih i 100 poslovnih jedinica. Završetak prve tri lamele investitor najavljuje za kraj juna sledeće godine.

Gradilište na mestu starog mlina je svakako jedno od zanimljivijih, budući da se objekat nalazi pod zaštitom usled čega je investitor dužan da zadrži originalan izgled dela objekta. U momentu našeg obilaska najintenzivniji radovi su se odvijali na delu ponovne izgradnje prednjeg dela stare zgrade mlina, kojoj će biti vraćen originalni izgled fasade. Radovi napreduju i na gradnji podemnih etaža dva hotelska krila sa zadnje strane kompleksa. Rok za završetak celog projekta je sredina 2013.
