In just over a month Belgrade will be the center of green building. The exhibition and conference organized by the Green Building Council of Serbia from 23rd to 25th February 2012 in The BelExpo Center in Belgrade, will feature leading international and domestic companies in the field of architecture, sustainable design, energy efficiency, energy analysis, property management, builders and investors, project management companies, financial institutions, manufacturers and distributors of sustainable products for the building industry, advisors in the field of green building and many others.

This event is marked as one of the most important in Europe for the first quarter of 2012 by the World Green Building Council, which is the largest and the most influential organization in the field of green building in the world. At the conference organized by the Green Building Council of Serbia, all visitors will receive a unique opportunity to hear speakers from the world in this field.

Star of the conference will certainly be Jerry Judelson from the United States, often referred to as the "Godfather of green", one of the pioneers of LEED standards, the author of dozens of books and lecturer best known green building in the world - said Maria Golubovic, President of the Council.

The idea of the conference is to have in one place representatives of all international standards of green building, which is rare anywhere in the world. So the audience from Serbia and the region in one place can become familiar with the green standards that come from Britain, Germany, France and the United States, which are applied worldwide, the statement said.

BREEAM standard of green building will be presented by Terence Beckett from the UK, the HQE standard will present Mesure Bruno from France, Heinlein Frank from Germany will feature DGNB standard, while the international standard of LEED green building will feature the U.S. Jenivine Kwan, vice president, "USGBC International".

We would also like mention that this event is fully supported by the City of Belgrade, so the professionals and other market players can get to know the latest technologies in the field that represents the future of the construction industry.

Za nešto više od mesec dana Beograd će biti centar zelene gradnje. Na Izložbi i konferenciji koju organizuje Savet zelene gradnje Srbije od 23. do 25. februara 2012. godine u u BelExpo centru u Beogradu, predstaviće se vodeće svetske i domaće kompanije iz oblasti arhitekture, održivog projektovanja, energetske efikasnosti, energetske analize, upravljanja nekretninama, graditelji i investitori, projekt menadžment kompanije, finansijske institucije, proizvođači i distributeri održivih proizvođa za gradjevinsku industriju, savetnici iz oblasti zelene gradnje i mnogi drugi.

Ovaj događaj je označen kao jedan od najvažnijih u Evropi za prvu polovinu 2012. godine od strane Svetskog saveta zelene gradnje, koji je najveća i najuticajnija organizacija iz oblasti zelene gradnje u svetu. Na Konferenciji koju organizuje Savet zelene gradnje Srbije, svi posetioci dobiće jedinstvenu priliku da čuju svetske predavače iz ove oblasti.

Zvezda konferencije svakako će biti Džeri Judelson iz SAD, često nazivan i "Kum zelenog", jedan od pionira LEED standarda, autor desetine knjiga i najpoznatiji predavač zelene gradnje u svetu - kaže Marija Golubović, predsednica Saveta.

Ideja konferencije je da se na jednom mestu nađu predstavnici svih međunarodnih standarda zelene gradnje, što je redak slučaj bilo gde u svetu. Tako će publika iz Srbije i regiona na jednom mestu moći da se upozna sa zelenim standardima koji potiču iz Britanije, Nemačke, Francuske i SAD-a, a koji se primenjuju širom sveta, navedeno je u saopštenju Saveta zelene gradnje.

BREEAM standard zelene gradnje predstaviće Terens Beket iz Velike Britanije, HQE standard predstaviće Bruno Mesure iz Francuske, o DGNB standardu govoriće Frenk Hajnlajn iz Nemačke, a međunarodni standard zelene gradnje LEED predstaviće Dženivin Kvan iz SAD, potpredsednik "USGBC International".

Takođe bi napomenuli da je ovoj manifestaciji punu podršku dao i Grad Beograd, kako bi se profesionalci i samo tržište što bolje upoznali sa najnovijim tehnologijama u oblasti koja predstavlja budućnost građevinske industrije.
