
By the end of next week new sections of the bypass highway around Belgrade will be opened. Finalizing works on all of the objects have outstanding dynamics, and the workers are making a special effort to ensure that everything is completed before the upcoming elections. We visited all five locations from which we are bringing the latest photo report.
In the section Batajnica-Dobanovci (section A) construction works are completed, and in parts they are already setting up the horizontal signalization. On the Batajnica interchange they completed 4 separate bridge structures composed of 53 concrete segments. New viaduct is 1.5 kilometers long and it will redirect transit from the inner city freeway to the bypass highway. Currently only one side of the viaduct is completed but the other side is also making progress. Most of the pillars for the second half of the viaduct are already built and we hope that there will be no interruptions after the opening of the first half. The construction of the viaduct in full profile means it will be necessary to pull down existing overpass in the future, and transit traffic from the city’s highway will be diverted directly to the new viaduct and bypass. After new interchange in Batajnica comes brand new section of the highway 10 km long and in full profile. It ends at other newly built interchange with E70 in Dobanovci. Completion of the interchange and viaduct in Batajnica is a priority in order to avoid creating new bottlenecks.
Works on the section B are taking place in sector 5, between Orlovaca and Straževica. This segment of the ring road contains three bridges and one tunnel, and works are done parallel on all four infrastructure objects. Section to be opened is about 5 kilometers long, but only half profile motorway (2+2 lanes). All bridges have been completed with final works on the expansion joints, insulation, curbs and fences. Perhaps the most demanding part of this section is Straževica tunnel, where they finished the first tube. The tunnel is paved and lit; ventilation systems are working, and they are completing installation of traffic signalization and displays. The works in this sector and are also just a few days of completion.
For section B of the bypass highway to be completed, it is necessary to build seven-kilometer-long sixth sector that will connect Straževica tunnel with Bubanj Potok and E75 motorway. Project also envisages expansion of section B to a full profile (3+3lanes) highway.

Krajem naredne nedelje biće otvorene nove deonice na obilaznici oko Beograda. Radovi na finalizaciji svih objekata teku izuzetnom dinamikom, a radnici ulažu poseban napor kako bi se svi radovi okončali pre dolazećih izbora. Posetili smo svih pet lokacija sa kojih donosimo najnoviji foto-izveštaj.
Na deonici Batajnica-Dobanovci (sekcija A) radovi su najdalje odmakli, a na delovima je već krenulo postavljanje horizontalne signalizacije. Na Batajničkoj petlji potpuno su završene 4 zasebne mostovske konstrukcije sastavljene od 53 betonska polja. Novi vijadukt dugačak je gotovo 1.5 kilometar i sa novom petljom omogućiće preusmeravanje tranzita sa novog novosadskog puta na obilaznicu. Sada će biti otvoren poluprofil ovog vijadukta, čija se druga strana takođe gradi. Stubovi druge polovine vijadukta su u dobrom delu već izgrađeni i nadamo se da neće biti prekida u radovima nakon otvaranja prvog dela. Izgradnja vijadukta u punom profilu znači da će u budućnosti biti srušen trenutni nadvoznjak nad Batajničkim putem, a tranzitni saobraćaj sa autoputa biće direktno preusmeren na novi vijadukt. Na novu Batajničku petlju nadovezuje se deonica autoputa u punom profilu u dužini od 10 kilometara, sve do Dobanovaca, gde je na ukrštanju sa E70 završena petlja u punom profilu. Završetak petlje i vijadukta u Batajnici je stoga prioritet kako bi se izbeglo stvaranje novog uskog grla. Projektant i izvođač ovog 1.5km dugog vijadukta je kompanija MBA.
Na sekciji B radovi se odvijaju u takozvanom sektoru 5 od Orovače do Straževice. Ovaj segment obilaznice sadrži tri mosta i jedan tunel, a radovi se izvode na sva četri objekta paralelno. Izgrađena deonica koja će biti otvorena dugačka je oko 5 kilometara, ali samo u poluprofilu. Svi mostovi su završeni i trenutno se završava ugradnja dilatacionih spojnica, postavlja se hidroizolacija, ugrađuju ivičnjaci i ograde. Možda najzahtevniji deo na ovoj deonici je ipak tunel Straževica gde je završena prva cev. Tunel je asfaltiran i osvetljen, već rade i ventilacioni sistemi, a završava se postavljanje signalizacije. Radovi i na ovom sektoru su samo nekoliko dana od završetka.
Da bi se završila i sekcija B obilaznice oko Beograda potrebno je izgraditi šesti sektor od Straževice do Bubanj potoka u dužini od 7 kilometara, a zatim i drugu traku u celoj dužini od 37 kilometara.
