Seven months since our last visit and all works on the construction of research and development park in Zvezdara are completed, and the first users of this park will move in this September.

In terms of construction the building is completely finished and currently they are completing installation of control panels to manage air conditioning. All systems in this "smart" building are modern applications that will provide a special comfort for future tenants. The space inside is organized as a flexible, open floors that are modifiable according to the current requirements. At full capacity the park will employ over 1000 engineers and in addition to business and scientific areas there will be offered rooms for conferences and seminars, restaurants and snack bars, sports facilities, gym, showers, etc.

Most of the works on the surroundings of the building and environment are completed. In front of the building was built in a number of parking spaces with grid blocks and partly paved with a classical asphalt surface. They’ve planted a considerable number of young trees and large grassy area. The underground containers area also installed, together with system of public lighting.

Since it is an old project, on the land there is the old boiler house building project. As this center is now connected to the city heating system, the plan is to finish building of this facility and reorganize it to become a restaurant to serve users of technology park. We have proposed the facilities that now carry internal codes can be called the names of famous Serbian scientist.

The investment is contracted to 12 million Euros and it is expects to be completed and put into operation during the next month. Investor is Ministry for education and science.

Sedam meseci od naše poslednje posete poslednje posete svi građevinski radovi na naučno-tehnološkom parku Zvezdara su završeni, a prvi korisnici ovog parka biće useljeni u septembru ove godine.

U građevinskom smislu izgradnja objekta je u potpunosti završena i ostalo je još da se završi postavljanje kontrolnih panela za upravljanje klimatizacijom. Svi sistemi ove “pametne” zgrade imaju moderne aplikacije koje će pružati poseban komfor budućim korisnicima. Prostor u unutrašnjosti je organizovan kao fleksibilni, sa otvorenim spratovima koji će kasnije moći da se modifikuju prema trenutnim potrebama. U punom kapacitetu u parku će biti aktivno preko 1000 inženjera, a pored poslovno-naučnog prostora u ponudi će po kompletnom opremanju biti sale za konferencije i seminare, bifei, sportski tereni, teretana, tuševi itd.

Takođe se intenzivno radilo na uređenju okoline objekta i većina radova je završena. Ispred objekta je izgrađen veliki broj parking mesta sa raster kockama, a delom sa klasičnom asfaltnom podlogom. Zasađen je solidan broj mladih stabala i velike travnate površine. Ugrađeni su i podzemni kontejneri, a završeno je i postavljenje javne rasvete.

Na placu se nalazi i objekat kotlarnice iz starog projekta koji nikada nije završen. Kako je ovaj centar sada povezan na gradski sistem grejanja, plan je da se ovaj objekat završi građevinski i preuredi u restoran koji bi opsluživao korisnike tehnološkog parka.

Predložili smo da se objekti koji sada nose interne kodove nazovu imenima poznatih srpskih naučnika.

Vrednosti investicije je ugovorena na 12 miliona evra, dok se očekuje da kompletno uređenje i stavljanje objekta u funkciju bude završeno u narednih mesec dana. Investitor je Ministarstvo prosvete i nauke.
