
International Property and Investment Fair BELRE will be held on 29th and 30th October for the seventh time. This year BELRE will be organized at Belgrade Fair and it will bring together in one place domestic and foreign investors, builders, designers, consultants for the development of real estate, agents in the real estate and the end user.
'' We believe that this is the right moment for BELRE to return to Belgrade Fair. The real estate market in Serbia has enormous potential for development, and B2B events are a real opportunity to attract investors and to meet supply and demand in one place. The foreign investors are slowly turning to Serbia and our region, because these are markets where there is a lack of available space - and this is a sure source of profit'', said Rajšić Miloš, director of Dynamic Communications Group, a company that is organizing a BELRE.
In Belgrade there are three times less office space than in Budapest or Bucharest, three times less commercial and storage space, and housing has a huge potential with the number of approximately 20,000 registered tenants, according to the DCG. Outside of Belgrade, currently the most pressing development is one of retail parks and shopping centers, together with a number of warehouses and logistics along the Corridor 10.

Međunarodni sajam nekretnina i investicija BELRE održaće se 29. i 30. oktobra, sedmi put. Ove godine, BELRE će biti organizovan ponovo na Beogradskom sajmu i okupiće na jednom mestu domaće i strane investitore, graditelje, projektante, konsultante za razvoj nekretnina, posrednike u prometu nekretninama i kranje korisnike.
''Verujemo da je ovo pravi trenutak za povratak BELRE- a na Beogradski sajam. Tržište nekretnina u Srbiji je prepuno potencijala za razvoj, a B2B događaji su prava prilika da se privuku investitori i da se na jednom mestu sretnu ponuda i tražnja. Strani investitori se polako okreću Srbiji i našem regionu, jer su ovo tržišta na kojima postoji veliki nedostatak kvadrata – a to je siguran izvor profita'', izjavio je Miloš Rajšić, direktor Dynamic Communications Group, firme koja je organizator BELRE-a.
U Beogradu ima tri puta manje poslovnog prostora nego u Budimpešti ili Bukureštu, tri puta manje komercijalnog i magacinskog, a i stambenog prostora nam nedostaje sudeći prema broju od oko 20,000 registrovanih podstanara, kažu u DCG-u. Van Beograda, trenutno je najaktuelnija izgradnja maloprodajnih parkova i tržnih centara, kao i magacinskog prostora duž Koridora 10.
