The three buildings being constructed as the first phase of the residential complex "West65" in New Belgrade are making good progress, and the works have been recently intensified. According to investors, it is expected that all the concrete work on the buildings will be completed this August.

The work on the underground floors is finished, so the focus is now on raising the upper floors. Finished underground levels will provide surface not only for the existing lamellae, but for the future ones as well. That way further construction works won’t interfere with the first residents, as that phase demands use of the toughest construction machinery.

The construction of the lamella closest to the future route of the inner ring road is leading advace and they are currently preparing to raise fourth floor, while other two are following. At the middle lamella they finished construction of the third floor, while the building closest to the ACB is just seeing its second floor completed. This is a very dynamic phase of construction and the so called "gray" or concrete phase will be completed in a few months, while in the garage they’re already working on installations.

Upon completion of concrete work on the first three sections, it will immediately move on to build neighboring block. This will be the next phase that will include building from the block closer to the railway, and parallel to the future route of the inner Ring Road.

Prva faza gradnje stambenog kompleksa "West65" na Novom Beogradu, odnosno prve tri lamele odlično napreduju, a radovi su nedavno intenzivirani. Prema rečima investitora, očekuje se da svi betonski radovi na objektima budu završeni u avgustu.

Radovi na podzemnim gražama su završeni, tako da je fokus na podizanju nadzemnih etaža. Završene podzemne etaže se pružaju celom površinom postojećih lamela, ali delom i budućih kako dalji radovi ne bi ometali prve stanare, s'obzirom da taj deo gradnje iziskuje najtežu mehanizaciju.

Radovi su najdalje odmakli na objektu koji je najbliži budućoj trasi magistralnog poluprstena. Na toj lameli se rade pripreme za četvrtu etažu, dok druge dve lamele prate u korak. Na srednjoj lameli se betonira treća etaža, dok lamela najbliža ACB-u dobija drugi sprat. Ovo je jako dinamična faza gradnje pa će za nekoliko meseci biti završena takozvana “siva” ili faza betonskih radova, dok se u garažama već uveliko rade instalacije.

Završetkom betonskih radova na prve tri lamele, odmah će se preći na gradnju sledećeg objekta. To će u narednoj fazi biti lamela iz niza bližeg železničkoj pruzi, a paralelan sa budućom trasom unutrasnjeg magistralnog poluprstena.
