Atrijum 63 : novi kompleks u izgradnji

The construction of new residential and office complex in New Belgrade’s block 63 begun last week. The project consists of two phases, where the first includes underground garage and four residential buildings with a total of 91 units.

The location of new residential block is on the land lot in the commercial area, between the northern and southern part of Block 63, near the newly built public park and Immo center. Apparently, certain land purpose change occurred, since the central block area is designed as part for commercial activities and recreation. However, the project is not mono functional, but in addition to the residential part, the second stage envisages construction of the office wing in the northern part of the plot.

In the first phase, which has recently begun 11,500 square meters is being built; including a large garage will connect the two parts of the complex. Living space section is 7804m2, and the underground garage area 3787m2. Building floors include G+ 4 + Ps, where the ground floor will home 18 commercial shops. Average size of apartments in this block is 52 square meters in different structures, single-, double-and triple-oriented.

After completion of the first phase, the second one envisages additional office building of 5100m2, whose purpose will be determined later in the process.

The construction work is performed by renowned contractor "Napred", and the deadline for completion of the first phase is 31st December 2014. Look at the material on the project, as well as fresh photos from the construction site.
Počela je izgradnja stambeno poslovnog kompleksa u novobeogradskom bloku 63. Projekat se sastoji iz dve faze, a u prvoj će biti izgrađena velika podzemna garaža i četri stambene lamele sa ukupno 91 stambenom jedinicom.

Lokacija ovog novog stambenog bloka je jedan od placeva u poslovno-komercijalnom pojasu između severnog i južnog dela bloka 63, nedaleko od novoizgrađenog parka i Immocentra. Očigledno je i ovde došlo do promene namene, pošto je centralni blokovski prostor zamišljen kao deo za komercijalne aktivnosti i rekreaciju. Međutim, projekat nije monofunkcionalan, već će pored stambenog dela u drugoj fazi dobiti i poslovno krilo na severnom delu parcele.

U prvoj fazi koja je nedavno otpočela biće izgrađeno oko 11.500 kvadrata, uključujući i veliku podzemnu garažu koja će spajati ova dva dela kompleksa. Površina stambenog dela iznosi 7804m2, dok je površina podzemne garaže 3787m2. Spratnost objekta je P+4+Ps, a u prizemlju će se nalaziti i 18 lokala komercijalne namene. Prosečna površina stanova u ovom bloku je 52 kvadrata sa različitim strukturama, a ističe se da će većina stanova biti trostrano orjentisana.

Nakon završene prve faze, planirana je i druga u kojoj će biti dograđen poslovni objekat od 5100m2 čija će namena naknadno biti utvrđena.
