» Introduction

The office building of Centrotextil at the beginning of Knez Mihailova will get a crown during 2006. The super-modern additional floors will showcase historical domestic architecture and construction because it will be a combination of green and smart buildings. More than 2000 square metres of space will be added on.

In the yard of Centrotextil, a new entertainment-shopping centre will be built that will feature boutiques, cafes, dessert shops, and restaurants as well as cultural and entertainment amenities. The most modern bookstore in the Balkans, Mamut, will as a result be connected to Republic Square through this shopping mall while also being connected to the cafes in Obilicev Venac, Knez Mihailova, and Hotel Majestic. On top of the centre there will be a small park with a few cafes.
